CLIVE JOHNSON
Clive Johnson is without doubt one of the most experienced polar traveller/photographers in Britain today, having spent almost 30 years exploring and recording the polar regions. Trained as an industrial photographer, Clive became an adventure photographer/writer in 1975. Clive has spent five summers and two winters in Antarctica and ten summer and eight winter seasons in the Arctic. In 2001, he was awarded the 'Polar Medal' by Her Majesty the Queen in recognition for his outstanding contribution to, and as a member of, British polar expeditions.
