Clive Johnson , runs Polarsphere. He is without doubt one of the most experienced polar guides in the UK today. Clive has extensive personal knowledge of both polar regions. His specialist knowledge of Greenland is without equal. In 2001 he was awarded the 'Polar Medal' by her majesty the Queen for his 'outstanding contribution to and as a member of British Polar expeditions', in both the Antarctic and Arctic which is very rare. Clive is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a Fellow of the Explorers Club.
