Project Planning:  Sound planning is essential to the success of a project. Polarsphere focus on the timing and duration, equipment needs, team size, membership and experience, budget, and project targets. Polarsphere then carry out exhaustive research to confirm that the project is viable within the budget restrictions. Pre-project meetings and if needed, information gathering expeditions are made before a full project plan is produced.

Polarsphere will take responsibility for all flight planning, fuel management, food provision, waste management, permissions, accommodation and transport, plus all clothing and equipment procurement for the project.

Polar Logistics:  Depending on the project location, Polarsphere would arrange for suitable training to be given to team members. This would include:

• Firearms training
• Advanced medical training
• Polar survival
• Field Safety

Inbound/Outbound Flights & Camp Accommodation:  Polarsphere can take care off all flights/accommodation and transfers, in and out of the Polar gateway.
